Billing Your Insurance
We are contracted with many insurance carriers. If we contract with your insurance company, you will receive a billing from us after your primary insurance company has processed your claim. Your charges will be listed along with any payments received from your insurance company. You should also receive an explanation of benefits from your insurance company. We do not accept credit card payments.
Our office will bill your primary insurance carrier. If you have a secondary insurance, we will bill them as well, or contact our Office Manager for the necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance company. Please contact our Office Manager with any questions regarding your bill. billing questions It is wise to familiarize yourself with your insurance plan's benefits. Your health plan requires you to be financially responsible for payment of all co-pays, deductibles, and non-covered services. We are contractually obligated to collect them.

Monthly Statements
A billing statement is sent on a monthly basis. Your statement will include an itemization of the charges. This information may be required for your secondary insurance and for your personal records. The balance on your statement is due within 30 days unless prior arrangements have been made.
If we are not contracted with your insurance company
If we are not contracted with your insurance company we will submit a courtesy billing to your primary insurance company. You are still financially responsible for your account regardless of pending insurance payment. You will continue to receive a statement until your account is paid in full. If you have a secondary insurance, please contact our Office Manager or tell our Receptionist at the time of your visit so they may give you the necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance company.
Special Payment Arrangements
